TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All rates quoted in South African rand and are per room per night.

Should the prevailing rate change or another tax levy be introduced during the duration of the contract, Maison Sur Le Parc reserves the right to amend the quoted rates accordingly, without prior notification GUEST HOUSES PRETORIA SOUTH AFRICA

Check in time is from 14H00 and rooms should be vacated by 11H00 on date of departure.

Early arrivals, late departures and day use rooms should be confirmed prior to check-in, subject to availability.

In order to guarantee the reservation, one of the following must be provided:
a) Details of one of the following recognized credit cards: American Express, Diners,
    Master or Visa.
b) Deposit as follows: a 50% of total stay must be paid within seven (7) days after the
    booking has been made.
c) The travel agent voucher or company order faxed and original presented upon arrival.

Should the deposit not be received as requested, Maison Sur Le Parc reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking without any written or verbal notice. The guesthouse has the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations at 16HOO on the day of arrival if a travel agent voucher/ company order/ credit card authorization/pre-payment has not been received GUEST HOUSES PRETORIA SOUTH AFRICA

Cheques are not accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
